Transportation: Best economical option for those working around Central/Wan-chai. It is quite closed to Kowloon city Ferry terminal (2min away) which can take you to North point MTR station in exact 16min. Kowloon city Ferry bus terminus is only 2min away. Beside bus terminus the very busy road (Tokwawan road) is quite close where the buses lead to important MTR stations (KMB Buses 28, 28M, 5C, 3B, 11k, 21, 12A and others). Mini buses (high frequency and speedy buses) run from here to Mongkok and Homantin MTR station.

Other Facilities around apartment: Seven-11, Welcome store, JHC, Restaurants and shopping Mall can be accessed within 1 minute. No traffic noise as the main traffic road is about 100m from apartment. Harbor is only 90m away. (Note: No pets allowed)

Reason for Cheap price: The price is cheap because this is old building without extra-ordinary finishing/renovation from outside, but have very open/wide passage and has double entries for entering the apartment (one from road and another from street side). 3D pictures of Street view and apartment entrance is available on Google-Maps (113 Ma Tau Kok road). Apartment from inside is quite furnished and excellent in finishing/renovation.
