Location is near The Westwood mall and Hong Kong University. There is a public swimming pool and a park nearby. The environment is great and well connected by buses and trams to Sheung Wan, Central, Wanchai and Causeway Bay. I am looking for someone who would stay from anytime in February onwards till mid July. The lease is automatically extended after July and one month notice can be given anytime. Would appreciate if the person moving in be responsible for the cleanliness of her own room and the shared toilet and living area.
