Preferred room and flatmate description

This serviced single room is furnished with single bed, wardrobe, desk, book shelve, pretty LED ceiling lights and reflective lights with remote control. Room cleaning + bed sheet changes is in rent included, but the utility charges of $600 / month is not included. This room is not too small sized as single room. The bath room is to share. The common share bath room is large , modern and pleasantly clean. There are extra share spaces in common area like, dinning table, sitting Area, computer Area,Kitchen and terrace.

The flat itself is about 3000 sfeet large and alll of them are used by us, a small quiet family with me, Son, 25. Daughter 13years old. with a Indian live in House keeper.

With extra arrangement, Breakfast or Dinner can be offered. The helper is almost first class cook.

The room is in a almost 3000 s feet large office-home, located very central in Sheung Wan. Near to MTR, Bus stops and tram stops.

Central, IFC, Macao Ferry, Soho is in walking distance.

My priority is , Female, German or Chinese speaking professionals. This room will be served with Bed sheets, towels, room cleaning 4 times / week- everyday
