Preferred room and flatmate description
This room is fully furnished and equipped with single bed with new Latex Mattress, desk, wardrobe, extra storage cabinets, own shower, toilet. Wifi connection.
This room comes with service like room cleaning twice / week, bed sheet change / twice / month.
additonally ( inofficial ) I send my helper every Saturday to fix a very tasty breakfast for all of the tenant. The material is purchased by tenants.
The room is located very conveniently, 2 min to MTR, 1 min to Bus and tram stop.
This room has common area. Kitchen and Laundry room.
Kitchen is equipped with Induction electrical cooker, range hood, Micro oven, extra Refrigerator and washing machine and drier. Extra laundry room also functioning as storage room.
The other roommates are very nice young people from Europe and Canada.
