The share Area of Kitchen and extra Laundry room outside of the flat is also available.
The rent includes
room cleaning twice / week, and bed sheet change/twice / month, but not includes the utility bills.
We also like to offer ( without obligation ) breakfast 4 times / month/each Saturday- material by you. and once / month Homecooking dinner at my house.
