My flat is in the Western District of HK Island. I have a spare room for a flatmate.
Traveling to Central takes 15-20 mins, depending on traffic condition and your choice of traffic means.
If you are a HKU student it will be extremely convenient. It's just 10-minute walking distance away.
The flat has two bedrooms. One is in use by myself. Another is available for rent.
The flat has an area of about 400 sq-feet. The bedroom to let is about 60 sq-ft. There are windows in the bedrooms. Sunlight and fresh air is available free!
There is one toilet+bathroom, one kitchen area and a common area, for shared uses.
The flat is fully furnished, equipped with utilities and facilities, e.g. air-conditioning, fridge, washing machine, oven, TV, furniture, Internet, etc.
The room for rent has a bed, desk and storage places.
The flat is on the 6th floor of a traditional Chinese building. You have to climb some stairs to reach the flat. It is tidy and clean. There is no water leakage in rainy days. No ant or cockroach climbing around. The surrounding is relatively quiet. No heavy traffic is downstairs. Neighbors are mostly friendly and willing to help each other.
The quoted monthly rent includes reasonable usage of utilities + Wifi Internet connection. No extra charges.
I am a non-smoker, allergic to cigarette smoke, so hoping that the flatmate is a non-smoker too. As the flat is relatively small, I hope the flatmate will prevent holding parties or meetings at home unless there is prior agreement.
