We are two guys, one is a Hong Kong Chinese guy who speaks Cantonese & English and the other is an English guy.
We are both easy-going guys who are clean and tidy and clean our flat regularly. We would like to share our flat with another person who is also clean, tidy, sociable, has a decent personality and is financially reliable.
The spare room that we are letting out in our apartment is clean and bright (see photos) and is approximately 7x7 ft. in size. It contains a single bed, which has a new mattress. The whole apartment is 550 sq ft in size. It is ideal for someone who likes a quiet place to live or study.
Things included in the room include: an air-conditioner, wardrobe, coffee table and a bookshelf.
The shower room and the lounge are shared facilities.
Basic cooking facilities: gas cooker, microwave, electric boiling water kettle (has got store and keep hot water function) and full size of fridge .
We also have high speed WiFi Internet and telephone available for use, if required. However, we don't have a washing machine, as we use the local laundry facilities located nearby, which are more convenient.
The apartment is situated in an ideal location for someone who wishes to be near The University of Hong Kong (HKU), which is approximately 5 min. walk and the MTR to HKU station is expected to be completed by 2014.
LOCAL TRANSPORT FACILITIES
It takes:approximately10 min.by tram or bus.to get to Sheung Wan and 15 - 20 min. by bus or mini-bus.to get to Central.
Located nearby the flat are a good selection of supermarkets, 7-Eleven, banks: HSBC & Bank of China, coffee shops, Western and Chinese restaurants, fast-food takeaways and buses or trams to and from Central.
