- victoria park is juz at the opposite, there are tennis court, jogging track, swimming pool etc...
- your room is 230+ sqft, windows, very big room.
- the room is fully furnished, FREE double bed, super big closet / there are spaces for study table and chair too (cant show too many pics on the ad, the current flatmate like to sell it for small money. but if u dont take it, it is also ok)
- you may see firework through your window when there is happening
- kitchen, sitting room, dining room are common area, they are also fully furnished
- washing machine, toaster, microwave, internet, home phone provided
- maid service twice a month
- bills are excluded from the rent, appx $400 per month(summer will be higher - air con)
- move in date 26th NOV,2011 - 8th DEC, 2011
- one more thing --- people who bring different men to stay over night are not suitable for this flat(it is dangerous to ur flatmate). but of coz, regular boyfriend sometimes stay over is fine(not come everyday)
- we prefer at least 3 months minium stay
