Preferred room and flatmate description
It's a beautiful flat on Park Island; including balcony, garden view, around 700 sqft, washing machine, bath etc.
The room includes a brand new bed and matress and wardrobe.
The area is very nice for Hong Kong; clean, fresh air, no traffic (except buses), 2 club houses with gyms, library, music room, bowling, indoor pools (and 2 outdoor pools). Furthermore the area has beaches, restaurants, dry cleaners, massage places, a beach bar, DVD rental, hair dressers, two 711's and a Park N Shop superstore! There are also nice hiking routes within 10 minute reach on foot.
It's very easy to get to Central and Tsuen Wan West via ferry (24 hours) and to Kwai Fong, Tsuen Wan and Tsing Yi via shuttle bus. Plus the Island has it's own direct bus to the airport. Everything has been taken care of and it is therefore a very nice and relaxing place to live but it's still easy to get around.
