I am renting out my house for TWO to THREE months, my place is located in Hong Kong, Lantau Island (1 hr away from City), Mui Wo area, in Luk Tei Tong (5 min bicycle rid from ferry pier) .
I am going out of town for this time, so i would like it to rent out for $2200/per month + 200 Internet Charge = Total HK$2,400 including all other bills.
You only need to pay $200 bill for internet. Other all bills inclusive.
You need to give $1000 advance. Fully furniture. One bed room and one big sitting room. small kitchen counter and separate bathroom.

Dates are: from 1st March 2010 - 30 April 2010 - OR - 1st March to End of May 2010.
