Fo Tan Shatin, 2 bed rooms, 2 living rooms with 1 balcony, 1 kitchen, 1 bathroom , on the very high floor, with Park'n supermarket and restaurants, tennis and basket ball courts, bank, doctors, bakery shops, small wet market ext...,pets not allowed, foreigners are welcome, available from mid of August 2010. Rent included management fee,government rate and rent, 1 gas cooker, 1 gas water heater and 3 air conditioners. Not included water, town gas and electricity bills. Without frige, washing machine and furnitures( but I can arrange all these but rent will be a few hundred dollars more that is negotiable.) 2 months rent for deposit(will return you when tenant end) and 1st month rent prepayment , for the rest via bank auto pay eash month. Swimming complex just 5mins away! I am looking for a Responsible, Single/Couple, SMOKER or NON-SMOKER who wants to unpack their suitcase and be operational with minimum fuss to explore Hong Kong !!
