Preferred room and flatmate description
I am offering a large room in a three bed room apartment house in a quiet
and modern street close to train station in the city center
The living room is well furnished with flat screen television,nice furniture
the kitchen equipped with modern kitchen utensil ,(large refrigerator,oven,
microwave,washing machine ,vacuum cleaner dishwasher, coffee machine,
all plates, silverware, pots, etc..),
The room am renting out has
Parking space and Garden for relax
private entrance
Broad band internet connection to the room
Television
facilities for phone
The rooms i am renting out are 18m2 (= 170 sq ft) There is plenty of space as
well as many storage closets
pets are allowed
short and long stay are welcome
your visitor are allowed to come over to visit
couples are also allowed
money is not my topmost priority but a roommate that is neat with good
sense of humor, friendly
