I am looking for one friendly professional to rent a spacious bedroom in a modern apartment (Grand Seaview Height, 1 Ngan Mok Street) with a communal gymnasium and 24hours concierge.
Very convenience location as it is just next to the Tin Hau MTR station. Central station to everywhere.
This apartment is fully furnished (with plasma TV, DVD player, washing machine, fridge freezer, phone, etc). The bedroom is equipped with a bed, a chest of drawers, wardrobe and desk. Large window allowing for lots of natural light to room.
Tin Hau has most things you wanted. Supermarket, shops, café and restaurants is in the neighborhood. Victoria Park and Hong Kong Central Library are also within walking distance.
