I am going out of town for this time, so i would like it to rent out for $4500/per month including all other bills. You need to give $1000 deposit advance. Its Fully furnished. In Olympic, particularly in Harbour Green, rent seem to be around 22-26hkd/sqf (before any negociation) and the building seems to offer pretty amazing facilities. Otherwise, some bargains can be found in older buildings in Central or Midlevel Central. I am open as well for a big flat in Central.
